Nora Ephron
If you don’t go after what you want, you’ll never have it. If you don’t ask, the answer is always no. If you don’t step forward, you’re always in the same place.
Nora Ephron
Above all, be the heroine of your life, not the victim.
Nora Ephron
Nora Ephron was an American author, journalist, and playwright. She was most famous for the screenplays Sleepless In Seattle and When Harry Met Sally. Her books, novels and writings always expressed her incisive sense of humor. Nora’s willingness to discuss love, marriage, aging, and women’s issues with candor have secured her a place as an icon of American women.
Nora passed away on June 26, 2012. In her honor, each year the Tribeca Film Festival awards the Nora Ephron Prize to a “female writer or filmmaker with a distinctive voice.”
